I have been traveling for roughly the last 9 years. I have now traveled to over 50 countries. I've volunteered in hostels all over the world and taught English for roughly 2 year in Italy as well as Morocco and Kazakhstan to all ages and levels including public schools. I'm traveling through life exploring places and people while trying to make a difference and helping along the way. I have an active Instagram page ID travelingmatt1 I am tracking my life long dream of traveling the world meeting new people and experiencing life to its fullest.

I am always interested in learning and practicing new languages. I have spend 9 months in Central and South America so my Spanish is good enough to get around but it can always get better. The same goes for my Italian I tought English In South Italy for 2 years and got to learn some Italian as well as experience teaching English to all levels and ages.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I am an educated traveler and have a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. I worked as an estimator for a civil distribution company for many years. I have also played many different sports and am in good physical shape even working as a personal trainer for awhile. I helped many people learn and practice their English while traveling and taught English in schools as well as private lessons in Italy and Morocco for over 2 years. I've also worked in hostels and bed and breakfasts all over the world for 3 months at a time. I don't have any kids of my own but I come from a large family and helped raise my nieces and nephews with no problem. I also love to be around animals and have no problem taking care of them.

in 2021 starting from March 1st to August 28th I hiked the entire Appalachian trail 2193.1 miles. looking forward to getting back to traveling.

I stayed here for just about a month and it was a great experience. location was great and the staff were nice and helpful. I work mostly included some repairs and painting of the hostel. I would strongly recommend you stay here if you have the opportunity.

I got to spend the summer with Cristina and we became good friends. I hope to one day return and volunteer again it was a priceless experience getting to stay with her and her mother they made me feel like family and we enjoyed many meals together. Matt was with us for three months, helping us in our teaching programs. He is a FANTASTIC guy, always smiling, kind with all our students, with children and adults.
