I love to travel. I love connecting to people from all cultures and ways of life. I think it's amazing to view the world through a new lens. I'm also a writer and musician with a passion for learning to create in all mediums, and I love working on projects with other people. I grew up camping every summer in the wilderness with my parents and sisters and helping work on farms of my extended family. I'm especially great with animals and feel I can connect with them easily. I went to university in the city of Boston, and I missed being out in nature so much. I am looking to reconnect with the earth and learn new skills of sustainability, permaculture and self sufficiency. I currently work with youth in a trauma-informed environment and love learning and sharing wholistic healing methods.

I took a few years of Spanish but I am very rusty. I would love to be able to work on my Spanish. I also would love to learn French. Also, I am absolutely able to teach anyone English and have a huge passion for writing.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I have gone camping many times and know a lot of wilderness survival skills. I love taking care of animals, especially dogs, chickens, and alpacas. I was a cook for several years. My focus is mainly vegetarian cooking but I know how to cook meat as well.
I love gardening and want to learn more about farming.
I am good with technology, especially when it comes to cameras, photography, video, and editing.
I took a few years of Spanish in high school and college and would love to improve my skills! I am better at reading and writing in Spanish than in speaking, but would love to work on that.
I am great with kids. I grew up with two younger sisters and lots of younger cousins I helped take care of, as well as babysitting for neighbors. And for a few winters I worked as a kids' ski coach. (Nordic skiing)
I also used to teach music lessons and worked as an accompanist piano player to a symphony. I play the piano the best, but also can play guitar, cello, and a little bit of bass guitar.
Also, I am very into fitness and mindfulness. I know quite a bit about nutrition, flexibility training, meditation, and yoga. I recently did a few years of aerial acrobatics. it's one of my favorite things!

Other hobbies of mine include cycling, nordic and downhill skiing, hiking, sewing, running, swimming, reading, singing, drawing, painting, filmmaking, photography, web design, hammocking, camping, fishing, gardening, animal care, childcare, card games, canoeing, backpacking, doing anything outside really.
