Hello there!
We are Luisa (we mixed up the first and last name - Luisa is my first name and Fabian my last name - sorry :D) and Santana, two friends from Germany. Here is a short introduction about ourselfs to get to know us a little better.

Luisa: I am a curious and open-minded traveler with a passion for exploring new cultures, learning new skills, and connecting with people from all walks of life. Having just completed my psychology degree, I'm now embracing the freedom to travel and immerse myself in diverse environments—so far, my journey has taken me through Portugal, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Albania, Kosovo and now Turkey!

I thrive on creativity and enjoy expressing myself through music, playing guitar, and singing. Being outdoors is where I find peace and happiness; I love camping and spending time in nature, whether it's hiking, gardening, or simply enjoying the fresh air.

As a person, I'm cheerful, sociable and always ready to dive into new experiences. I'm eager to engage in meaningful projects, learn new skills, and trying to contribute positively wherever I go. I'm truly excited about the Workaway experience and supporting your project!

Santana: I would consider myself as an easygoing open-minded person with a lot of varied interests. I really enjoy being outdoors, whether it’s hiking in the mountains or just taking a walk in the park. Sports are also a big part of my life—I like staying active and trying out different activities.

When I’m not outside, you’ll probably find me with a good book or playing games. I love diving into a great story or challenging myself with a new game. Cooking is another passion of mine; experimenting with new recipes and cooking up delicious meals is always a highlight.

I’m a pretty creative person too. I enjoy sewing and knitting, and I find it really satisfying to make something with my own hands. I’m currently studying psychology, which ties in perfectly with my interest in understanding how people think and behave.

Spending time with family is really important to me. I love hanging out with my relatives and especially enjoy time with my sister’s kids. It’s always fun and fulfilling to be with loved ones and share those special moments.

I‘m really looking forward to creating new memories, learning new skills, connecting with people and a new WorkAway adventure!

We bring a diverse skill set to the table. We are passionate about cooking and love preparing meals for groups, always eager to learn new culinary techniques. With experience working with kids and helping people with mental health challenges (because of our psychology studies), We are patient, compassionate, and committed to making a positive impact.

Creativity is a big part of our lifes—Luisa enjoys painting, drawing, and pottery, and she is musically inclined, playing guitar and singing, often at weddings. She's also very active and enjoy participating in various sports. Fluent in English and German, she is excited to share these skills and learn new ones along the way. Santana is enthusiastic about Gardening. She find joy in nurturing plants and creating beautiful outdoor spaces. For example she build a raised garden bed which was really fun. Additionally, She enjoys building and working on small wood projects and small hands-on project, if she has help. There’s something satisfying about constructing or fixing things with the own hands.These interests and abilities keep her engaged and fulfilled in various aspects of her life. She also loves being around pets and worked at a sanctuary farm as a volunteer where she fed cats, sheeps, goats and a pig.
