Hello, my name is Lucinda or Lucy for short.
I was born and raised on a large organic farm in rural Australia with my parents and two older siblings. Being blessed with this country upbringing it has installed in me a great respect and connection with the land and truly appreciate everything that grows within and walks upon the soils. Things that I really value; being kind, honest and authentic, wholesome foods that are grown naturally and from home, cooking, keeping space clean and tidy, alternative and natural medicines, yoga and meditation, long in-depth conversations about nearly everything and anything, sharing love and compassion, being in nature and embracing all its sacred flora and fauna. This has made me who I am and everyday I am eager to develop myself through the teachings of others and the experiences that the universe shares with me.

I thrive off new opportunities and challenges that come my way and these travels are certainly that.
I would love to share my own knowledge and am eager to expand my mind and skills by immersing myself into your home, family and community. I am very openminded and adaptable kind of person who absorbs the worldly knowledge of others.
I have been very blessed with an abundance of opportunities throughout my life which has allowed me to gain a variety of skills and knowledge which I am eager to share. Growing up on a self-sustained organic farm has opened my mind to a beautiful way of living along side the land and has also inspired me to be the hard working individual I am toady.

*Assistant in Nursing at an Aged Care Service
* Hostessing on a yacht (chef, cleaner and entertainer) (Croatia)
* Hostel Management (Bosnia and Turkey)
The things listed above is only a short list of things I have done so far in my life and am eager to expand my skills with any opportunity that presents its self. I am a hard worker, willing to give any task ago and will do my absolute best at each task given. I am also an independent individual who can be as much involved as desired by the host.
I really value the exchange that takes place through workaway and have been using it for several years now. I can't wait to start this journey and hope to grow with every opportunity that comes my way.
