Hi everyone, I am Lorena!

Growing up in a small country in Central America I always dreamt about traveling the world and getting to know people with different cultures and perspectives. Now in my late twenties, I decided to finally go for it, (yay!).

I consider myself an easy-going, optimistic, helper, smiley, dreamer kinda person. I love to learn new things, and try new food and even though I can be a little bit shy I enjoy good conversations.

I LOVE animals. From a very young age, I have always felt connected with nature. Nothing brings me more joy than being surrounded by trees, animals, flowers, water, etc. For this reason, I eat mostly plant-based.

About my hobbies, I love yoga, it helped me so much to get through the pandemic. I also enjoy reading, dancing, hanging out with my cats, cooking, hiking, and watching movies.

I studied Marketing and International Businesses. I am currently doing freelance work as Content Planner and Community Management and just trying to learn things that help me grow professionally.

I also have another job, which right now is my main job, I teach Spanish online. I've taught Spanish for 2 years and I love it. I have met so many amazing people and it has been my way to travel without traveling for now.

I have made volunteer work before. During college, I was part of an NGO that makes volunteer exchange programs for students, and that experience shaped me into what I am today, so I firmly believe in the power of connecting with different cultures and people.

That is a little bit about me, I am excited to start this adventure.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I studied Marketing so I can help with Social Media content, writing blogs, community management, engagements, etc.

As I mentioned before I've been teaching Spanish for the last 2 years so I am good at that too.

My dad has a small land where he grows vegetables so I know a little bit about that. I am good with animals and kids, I have experienced babysitting my nieces and my friend's cats.

But overall I am willing to learn and help with anything you need.
