I'm a yoga teacher, artist and ayurvedic practitioner. I've spent much of my life involved in building communities of many types and quite and a fair number of years involved in ashram life. I'm not averse to most kinds of work, indeed I love it. Being a woman in my mid 50's now, I do however admit I'm not as physically strong as a lad in his 20's, but I do have a fair bit of stamina. I cook, clean, garden and then have other skills like photography, it having been my career previously, with a bit of graphic and web design work thrown in (not computer fandangled coding, eh). I hand build often times in terracotta clay and sometimes make my own little fire pit kilns. I am passionate about being part of building community projects. I ran a healing arts hospital and community programme for many years.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I'm a yoga teacher, artist and ayurvedic practitioner. I work with ceramics, paint, simple sewing (by hand). I can photograph and do graphic design, update and design websites (depends on the platform to a certain extent, I don't do coding). I'm not averse to using a saw or a drill. I clean and cook both vegan and vegetarian, and am happy to do so for groups of most sizes.
I love making and maintaining a welcoming homely vibe as well as gardening. I have a fair amount of experience welcoming and interacting with guests and running and planning retreats.
