Hi i'm Hetty (she/her) !!

I'm from Dorset in the UK and am in my third year studying anthropology at UCL (London), but am currently doing a study abroad for a year in Melbourne/Naarm. While in the southern hemisphere i hope to travel all over Australia and visit South East Asia too, unsure exactly where yet!

Previously on workaway, I spent November 2020 solo-travelling in Sweden (working on a permaculture farm and helping a household) and volunteered at a surf camp in Costa Rica in 2021.

In my spare time i love to cook (vegan/vegetarian), watch and make movies and explore new foodie or cultural spots in the city.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I am creative and determined but also work well in a team and thrive on the opportunity to be flexible in new places and activities. Cooking and Baking is something I do frequently for my own family, often improvising and adapting recipes. I have also been commissioned to cook and deliver vegan food for other families. I have good IT skills, an eye for interior design and am pretty organised. I have some experience of baby sitting, have helped out at a local youth group and love animals. I don't have much practical experience with farming or building but I enjoy working outdoors and happy to get stuck into anything!
