Hello Travelers and Hosts!

I'm Francesco, an Environmental Engineer working as a Climate and Nature Consultant in Milan, Italy. Even though I work in sustainability from a desk, I love hands-on, outdoor work, and I'm here on Workaway to learn, help, and share meaningful experiences.

Recently, I worked in a mountain hut as an all-round helper — cooking, cleaning, chopping wood — and in a surf camp, assisting with guests and logistics. I’ve also started a 100 m² vegetable garden, and I’m really enjoying getting my hands in the soil and learning by doing.

I enjoy hiking, cycling, gardening, and I try to live in a low-impact, eco-friendly way. I've traveled to over 20 countries, but now I'm looking for something more real than tourism: connection, exchange, and new challenges.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I'm a fast learner, a very active person and have a problem solving attitude, so I'm down for every kind of physical activity, and super motivated to do my best!

In my experience of scout I learn a very good communication skills, also with kids!
I work in a resturant so I know how to behave with customers
I'm quite good in many manual work, DIY, housekeeping and digital skills. after of a couple of bike trip experience I can fix your bike without problems.
I love working in my vegetable garden, so I can help you also on that!

I'm very flexible and easygoing and I'm happy to get stuck in and to help out with a variety of different tasks :)
