Hey there!

I’m a horticulturist, gardener and artist from Australia, travelling on a scholarship to explore sustainable farming and community lead projects. I was recently the market garden manager at Ridgedale Permaculture farm in Sweden and am feeling bright eyed and bushy tailed to go and explore some small scale permaculture projects and focus more on garden design and maintenance!

My friends would describe me as bubbly, kind, nurturing, inquisitive and friendly. I am a lover of hiking, camping, meditation, yoga, creative writing, painting and cooking.

I dream of creating and designing gardens, teaching yoga, meeting lovers of life and dancing - so much dancing!!

I’d love to create with you and learn from one another!

Quais são suas habilidades?

I have worked in hospitality for 7 years (4 years in the kitchen and 3 years making coffee).

Cooking! I have been experimenting with Japanese food over the last 2 months living in Japan. I am lucky enough to be living with a Japanese woman who has taught me how to make authentic katsu dishes, Japanese curry, sushi and more.
I have a few delicious baked dinner recipes that have been passed down by the women in my family. Shepards pie and a butter pumpkin bake are my favourite hearty winter dishes to make.

I am very good around children. I cannot wait to be a mother myself but am pleased to enjoy the blessing of children without having to do the hard work....🤣
