Descrição
Hi! :)
I'm Eve, a small-town Swiss girl with a never-ending curiosity for our world (I've been lucky enough to have explored 42 countries so far!) and the many ways of living life. I'm passionate about forming meaningful connections and learning something from everyone I meet.
After receiving my bachelor’s in business & hospitality management two years ago, I joined a small creative agency in Zurich as a project & brand experience manager. And in January 2023 I started my open-ended world trip - a dream came true :)
I love traveling slowly and working in the places I visit. Many times in the past, that's given me the opportunity to immerse myself in the local culture and create friendships that last to this day.
I spend much of my time planning the next travel stop, trying new foods at local markets, exploring my current destination, reading books, writing blogs, and editing YouTube videos.
Also, I'm an avid guitar, surf, and freedive beginner - three skills I try to practice whenever I get the chance.Interesses

Quais são suas habilidades?
My degree gave me a broad set of skills ranging from general business management to finances, behavioral sciences, marketing, branding, and innovation.
During my time at the Swiss creative agency, I dove deep into brand experience & activation. That included brand awareness strategy, project management & coordination, content production, advanced communication, and creative production management.
At my last job, I worked remotely, with an emphasis on account and creative production management. That included lots of copywriting, building websites, and checking in with clients and project timelines. I also produced and scheduled content for social media.
My previous volunteering experiences range from helping at an animal rescue shelter in the Ecuadorian rainforest, fixing sails on a sailboat in Montenegro, to becoming part of a Filipino family in Northern Palawan. All of them have a very special place in my heart, and I cherish the memories dearly.
While I spend a lot of my time on the computer writing or editing, I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty and love to learn new ways of doing things. Whether it's in the garden, in the house, taking care of little ones, or working with animals.
Traveling has taught me to be flexible and embrace change with open arms. I like being out of my comfort zone and looking at challenges with a can-do attitude. And I have a tendency to romanticize life, finding casual magic in everyday's activities.
Growing up with five siblings (including two little twin sisters) and pets, there was always a lot going on in our patchwork family. Often, I'd take care of my little sisters, giving me experience in child care as well.Idade

Fun Fact: I'm a huge animal fan - in Costa Rica I had a crab friend named Wilson.
