I am incurably curious, open-minded, quick to grasp new things, and full of energy — that is probably how I would mainly describe myself. I also like to roll up my sleeves and get involved. Most of the time, I manage to laugh at myself — true to the motto: “Blessed are those who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.”

Working with my hands and being practically active brings me joy and helps ground me as someone who spends a lot of time thinking and working intellectually. As an interpreter, I have a passion for languages and enjoy getting to know people and different cultures. I also love traveling — currently, I am on what has already been a several-month journey through Southeast and East Asia.
