Ciao! I love connecting with people from all over the world, sharing laughter and good food and stories. I am passionate about permaculture (I have recently received my 72-hour Permaculture Design Certificate), cooking, and doing anything outdoors! As a forest biology and environmental studies student I am inspired and awestruck by nature in all its forms. I have Workawayed for 3.5 months in 2020 and have been excited to get back at it ever since!

Quais são suas habilidades?

Permaculture design: I have recently been certified in permaculture design and have Workawayed on a larger heritage rescue farm and an urban homestead with a large garden before. I am comfortable working with and taking care of animals (chickens, horses, goats, sheep, cows, dogs, cats, etc) , and performing many if not all tasks related to vegetable production (transplanting, mulching, weeding, harvesting, processing, etc). I also have practice doing basic landscaping (mowing, weed whacking, etc).

Cooking: I have been an avid cook since I was a child and can prepare a wide assortment of delicious food (mostly vegetarian, and as someone with food sensitivities I am very accommodating and accustomed to cooking for different diets and needs).

Creativity: I have experience both painting at a larger scale and I am also passionate about watercolour painting and fibre arts, so I would love to assist with any art/creative projects! My creativity also extends to problem solving, I love finding solutions to things.

Community living: I have lived with numerous roommates in all kinds of unique living situations over the past four years, so I am well versed in communication and community building. I adore chatting with people of all ages and have experience tutoring/caring for children, and I deeply value my relationships with the elders in my life.
