Hi, I am Domenico, I am from a small town in southern Italy but I left my home town when I was 19 to discover the world. I've been travelling from few years now, in 2023 I travelled solo for 6 months in South east asia and after a working holiday visa in Australia it's been 1.5 year since I start to do volunteers and travelling between Japan, Korea, Vietnam, China, Taiwan, Indonesia and Thailand, where I did my scuba dive master course.
I love to understand and share the differences of cultures. I love cooking, hiking, diving,nature places, animals, meditation, yoga, but especially connecting with people. I also like to learn new languages, my native (italian) and I speak english and Spanish as I live in London 6 years and 1 in Australia and a little bit of Thai and japanese.😊
With workaway I did English teacher in Thailand and some construction and farm work in Korea Taiwan and Japan

I am an humble person but very determined. I have experience of working many years in restaurants and hotels as a bartender. I also worked in grape farms and as a pizza driver in Italy.

I stayed 2 weeks with Ted, Shao Mei and their cute little cute little daughter Kaylen.
The big house I stayed was in a very peaceful village right next to my favourite beach in Penghu where you can snorkel or surf depending on the weather.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and I can really reccomend this volunteers for people that want to stay in a quiet place, learn about local culture, as we did some cooking class and visit local market. Pantilla and Mae Nae were always kind and helpfull and the kids are so cute. Khob khun mak khrap for let me stay with you😁

ドメニコは４月半ばから５月半までの１ヶ月間私の家に滞在しました。彼はとても礼儀正しく、物静かで、思慮深く、私の家のルールに従ってくれました。日本のゴールデンウィークがあったので家族が帰ってきたり、私の友人が遊びにきたり、とても賑やかで楽しかったのですが、彼は部屋を変わる必要があり、快く受け入れてくれました。山の仕事は不慣れでしたが、キャビンハウスの基礎作り、崖の向こうから生活用水を引くためのワイヤーはり、山菜採りも快く手伝ってくれました。美味しいイタリア料理を作り、作り方を教えてくれました。１ヶ月間の滞在とは思えないほどたくさんの思い出ができ、彼は私の家族の一員となりました。お互いの言語学習、故郷の話、家族の話、文化交流、などなど。彼の滞在はworkawayの素晴らしさを改めて体験しました。Grazie,spero di rivederti presto.

This was the best volunteering experience I haver had.
