I'm a 51-year-old maker, builder, and digital innovator who recently traded the Canadian Rockies for the magic of Mexico's Pacific coast. I bring a rare combination: the hands-on skills of a traditional craftsman and the cutting-edge expertise of an AI developer. Important Accommodation Needs

I work on remote digital projects in my off-hours, so I need a private bedroom with some area/place in the house to work on my laptop for part of the day. Strong, reliable internet is essential for my project work.

I'm not suited for shared rooms or dorm-style accommodation, but I'm completely comfortable with simple, basic setups as long as I have my own space to create.

My Approach to Work-Trade

I'm seeking monthly stays (ideally aligned with calendar months for easier transitions), though I'm flexible for the right opportunity. I typically contribute 20-25 hours per week, but I'm open to discussing what works best for your project.

I'm an early riser who loves maximizing productive daylight hours. I work independently when needed but thrive in collaborative environments where we're building something together. I bring the reliability and work ethic of maturity, combined with genuine enthusiasm for learning and contributing.

- Transportation:: No vehicle - I rely on bus, colectivo, or taxi access
- Diet:: I eat a meat-heavy, protein-focused diet and prefer to purchase my own food
- Language:: Learning Spanish (currently know basic phrases, eager to improve!)
- Accommodation:: Need private bedroom with workspace, kitchen access, and reliable internet
