Hey there 🌞

I´m Andy, 25 years old and I live in eastern Slovakia, surrounded by beautiful national parks. I´m taking a gap year after university and looking for a chance to travel, meet new people and learn about different cultures.

I´m easygoing, adventurous and I always try to have a positive outlook on life. I grew up in a village near mountains, so I enjoy spending time outside, camping with friends or just calm down and taking our dogs on a long walk. 🌲🏔️ I love all kind of outdoor activities including hiking, running, skiing, canoeing, cycling, swimming and via ferratas. I also spend a lot of time gardening and taking care of my plants. 🌱🌵

I´m definitely an animal lover, I grew up with dogs and I volunteer at an animal shelter. 🐶🐱 Ecology and environmental protection are also my interests. I’m very enthusiastic about natural building materials and techniques, I would like to learn more about them and gain skills and experiences in this field.

My attention is also focused on art and history. 🎨 I like drawing, reading books and playing the guitar. During my study of architecture, I worked in a studio specializing in historical buildings and monument restoration. 🏛️ I´m currently engaged in archeological research, so working hard and getting my hands dirty are common experiences in my life.

I´ll be glad to explore new places, help wherever needed and improve my skills. I´m so excited about new adventures and friendships. 🙃

Quais são suas habilidades?

I love being around animals, especially dogs. They bring me so much joy! 😊💛 I´ve always had a dog at some point in my life. My escape from everyday busyness is an animal rescue center, where I passionately invest my free time. I can help you with taking care the dogs, cleaning, feeding, repairing stuff, taking long walks and giving lots of cuddles to dogs. I also would love to learn about training them.

I like things in order, I can cleaning the kennels or around the house and help with some household tasks. I also spend time with my 2 year old nephew, and we really enjoy dancing, singing and playing together. I´m active, outdoorsy person, I have no problem doing things in a yard or garden.

It will be a pleasure for me to explore new countries and learn new skills. I´m open-minded, peaceful, and able to work alone. ✌️
