Hi there! I'm Anabel from Germany and thrilled about the oppurtunity to take a break from studying and travel beautiful Australia!! I would describe myself as a positive and reliable person who always embraces a challenge. Some people would say I'm quiet, not those who know me well though 🙈 What brings me happiness is singing out loud to my favourite songs, surfing (or trying to at least ;), spending time in nature and of course with good people. I would really like to learn more about sustainable living and would be thrilled if my hosts could teach me. I am eager to learn new things and help you out wherever I can!
I have ten years of horse/riding experience and grew up with dogs and cats which I have been taking care of basically my entire life - I really miss them and would really like to work with animals as part of my workaway experience. Growing up with 3 siblings and many cousins, I have done a lot of babysitting as well. When it comes to gardening, I have done some watering plants, weeding and mulching in previous workaway projects (as you can see in one of my pictures - that was in Airlie Beach - nasty tropical weed).
I enjoy cooking and baking and general housework is not a problem for me!
