Hey there,
happy that you found my profile:)

I`m Anouk from Berlin. The last two years of mine have been full of amazing experiences in the world, so im looking forward to meet more lovely places and people around here.

Here in Germany I worked with children in a foster home and in a school for kids with special needs. That was a big learning space for me and Im very grateful for that time. Currently Im studying to become a social worker.


I had the luck to experience diffrent forms of communal living( mostly completly of grid- just with nature) which is definitily one of my favorite ways of existing on this planet. Some of them were in a political context and I can say in general im a very participating person in climate activism for a better world☀️.

Besides this spirituality is a big part of my life. Im a yoga teacher and super interested in same minded people... but also sharing with newbis is fun to me:). In general explpring the human body is a heart topic for me... im learning while practising impact improvisation, body handeling and shibari - a mindful way of connecting to other beeings.

I had my first community experiences with process work, dancing, meditation 4 years ago and since then I don`t want to miss it:). I enjoy these connections to other human, because for me it's so precoius to lern through communication and open talks.

In my free time I truly love to read about spirituality, personal growth, how to shape relationships with love and closeness and social development. Also being crative is fun to me... acrylic painting or working with clay. But I also tried to work with videography. I worked in this field for the social media representation for a project.
Im also a very active person with a big penchent to adventures time... But I also appreciate a comfy couch with good talks:)
Im also very happy about the experience of beeing a vegan chef for a forest therapy - so cooking is a very loved thing of mine:)).

I can be a helping hand whereever you need it .
I have experience in service jobs like wait on tables or in a bakery.
Through my jobs with children and an A-level in Psychologe i can serve a basic knowledge of education. Im aware of the joy and motivation witch develops by care work, also through my studies of becoming a social worker.
I love to work in natures, so gardening is a good option for me.
I like cooking, so I can support you in the kitchen with making delicious meals.
Through my connection to art I would appriciate to help you with taking pictures, painting or other creativ tasks.
I`m a Yoga teacher and deeply fulfilled by sharing my knowledge.
