Hello! I'm Vivi. I've just finished a Bachelor Degree in Sociology and History and I've decided to take a step back and travel solo for a few months. I'm hoping to expand my horizons, meet new people, challenge myself, learn new skills and figure out where and how I want to invest my energy in the coming years. I am a sensible, friendly and communicative person, and I especially like being able to help people. I love music, reading and arts of all kinds. I keep myself fit, and love learning new skills, particulally practical ones. I think I'm very open-minded and willing to listen and learn. I speak German and English fluently and a bit of French, and have never had any difficulties making friends. I have a lot of experience working for NGOs. I've organised various demonstrations, educational events to promote women's rights and projects for refugee children to help them adjust to the German school system. Last summer I worked as a volunteer mentor at a children's theater and language camp. Currently, I am not looking for Au pair experience or child care opportunities. I have experience of taking care of dogs and cats.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I am a secure driver, travelling with my own car. For the last few months I've been helping my Dad renovate an old house in the Black Forest. Chopping and stacking wood, gardening, painting walls, putting in a kitchen etc.. I'm certainly not a trained handworker, but I'm very open to instruction and learn quickly. I'm a trained First Aider and have JULEICA certification (a German standard that allows me to work with kids). I have work experience in organising events, activities and demonstrations with NGOs, structuring meetings, publishing social media posts and designing websites, writing press releases, applying for funding and more. I grew up in an English-speaking household and am fluent in German, with a bit of French. I've worked in many different service jobs, from waitressing to working in a bar, in an ice-cream parlour and in several different cafes. I've done a bit of data analysis (it didn't suit me all that much though).
