Hey! I`m Viola from Baveria in Germany. I just graduated from my apprenticeship as an assistant teacher. Before I start to work, I want to travel and see the world. In January 2024 I will start my job as an AuPair in New Zealand. So now I am looking for an opportunity to travel the country before that.
I am really curious and eager to learn more about other cultures and other ways of live. Visiting New Zealand is a dream of mine since I found an illustrated book about that country in our basement and I was immediatly fascinated by the countrys beauty as well as the varity of landscapes. During my stay I would love to explore as much of the country as possible: the south Island with the penguins, the Alps, the polar lights ... as well as the northern island with its stunning landscapes. I also want to experinence the kiwi and Maori culture, wich is really interesting.

In my spare-time I love being outside to take pictures, go for walks, ride the horses, go jogging or doing sports with friends, e.g. playing volleyball or doing yoga. I also enjoy being creative - sometimes I write poems or stories and I practice drawing.

I really enjoy working with children and animals, especially horses.

Because of my apprenticeship I have some experiences in teaching others the German language - a skill I would be happy to share with you. I also want to improve my English skills and I am interested in learning any other language you are willing to teach me.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I just graduated from my apprenticeship as an "assistant teacher". These are special teacher, who help fostering children from the age of 6 to 15 years in the subjects German, Maths and German as second language in small groups. So I have some experiences in teaching children, especially in learning the German language. I also like to babysit a 5 year old boy, who lives close by. We spend a lot of time outside, playing soccer in the garden, as well as reading books together, building lego-towns, preparing simple meals for him or playing games. Last year I also had a job at a "holiday adventure farm", where I took care of children from 3-9 years during riding lessons. I also supervised holiday camps, where we played, cooked, took care of the animals and told each other stories by the campfire.
Some years ago I have had a voluntary job at a local library, where I worked for about five years with my best friend. I have also been an altar server in a small catholic church close by, where I read the lection for about ten years. I also supervised younger altar servers.
Last year I helped a farmer milking his cows and cleaning the stable together with some friends, wich was really funny. My mom also has to horses and I am used looking after them, e.g. feeding, cleaning the stable.
