I am a prospective teacher for philosophy/ethics and English (Master of Education), which also reveals a lot about my passions. I love presenting topics in an interesting and simple way, helping people adoring the English language, traveling, and engaging in philosophical discussions on important life matters. Music is pretty important to me as well. I play several instruments (guitar, piano, ukulele, cello) and sing, and I have already had a few performances. Furthermore, I have recently discovered a love for hiking in nature through my dog, and I find daily walks to be refreshing. Yoga and meditations also help me relax. To me, life is about cherishing the small moments and making life something extraordinary through them, rather than just getting through it.

Languages have always fascinated me. I speak German, English, a bit of Spanish, and Swedish. I want to pass on my love for the English language to my future students. However, since my studies focused on reading, listening, and writing, I still lack the experience of living abroad and speaking the language extensively. I intend to use volunteering as an opportunity to become more flexible and confident in using the language.

Quais são suas habilidades?

Growing up with three brothers, I learned early on how to get along with others, often with different personalities, and take on tasks and responsibilities. During my time in university, I lived in some large shared accommodations where this skill was particularly valuable.

Additionally, I worked extensively and for long periods in a bakery, where I was responsible for selling the products. Despite the daily rush, I managed to remain friendly, focused, and productive. I especially enjoyed interacting with the customers.

Due to the relatively large age gap between me and my younger brother, I have also been able to gather a lot of experience in the upbringing and care of young children.

Music is not just a hobby but also a skill. I love making music and would really enjoy teaching people instruments, performing on stage, playing music with others, or learning more from others.

After completing school, I worked as an au pair in Spain for 3 months and then spent another 3 months working in Bed and Breakfasts in Sweden. Once, I had to clean the windows of a total of 4 Swedish houses - that was quite a task.

Not to forget, I have also gained a lot of knowledge through my studies. I completed my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Philosophy/Ethics, English, and Pedagogy successfully.

What should not be overlooked, of course, is that I have had many pets in my life, which has not only cultivated a love for animals but also given me a certain intuition in dealing with them. I got my dog as a puppy and have invested a lot of time in his training ever since.

I would describe myself as a very friendly, humorous, enthusiastic, passionate, and empathetic person. However, I am also diligent, disciplined and hard-working. I don't mind getting my hands dirty and actively tackling tasks.
