I am a fun-loving, enthusiastic, and hard-working kiwi boy from Auckland, NZ, ready to take on the world. For the past two and a half years, I have been working in my dream job as a camera operator on New Zealand's longest running soap opera, 'Shortland Street'. In that time, my inner travel bug has intensified and inspired me to embark on the biggest overseas experience I could think of.
Working in television sure does take up a lot of my time, but when I have downtime, I love to cook (currently trying to learn more plant-based recipes 😍), read, play board games with friends, go exploring, and taking photographs (on film - my new favourite hobby!). I also enjoy making connections with new people and solidifying old connections without resorting to modern forms of communication (such as social media).

Quais são suas habilidades?

I completed a bachelor of communication studies degree, with a major in television and screen production. Because of this, I am quite a creative person. I love to make the most of any opportunity to create something clever, beautiful, or just efficient in doing a job. Whether this be for boring things like writing a really comprehensive work report that impresses the boss or making an intricate lounge fort with your children to keep them entertained, I have an eye for detail in all of the things I do, and just because I enjoy it that way! On that note, I also really enjoy looking after children. I wish to have a few of my own one day. In high school, I was a caregiver at my local after-school care for a few years. In this short time, I made many great connections with the kids and was a role model that they could look up to.

Other practical skills that I have, include the common computer programs such as photoshop, illustrator, word, after effects and Indesign etc. As I listed above, I am also a camera operator (both hobbyist film photography, and television studio camera operated), a focus puller, and general all-round handy-man.

I am a super quick learner and hard worker. Any skill that I don't have listed here will be picked up very fast, given that it isn't rocket science or something like that!
