I am from a small city called Erfurt (200 000 people) and I have been living in Hamburg since 2017 working with international students at a university. Although I like what the big city has to offer I really miss nature and peacefulness and being around animals, especially cats. In 2016/17 I had my first workaway experience in Peru working with disabled children in a horse therapy. This experience had a great impact on me and is one of the many reasons why I decided to slightly change my career path and study to become a social worker.

In my freetime I am doing a lot of self-reflection at the moment, I like good conversations, spending time in nature and at the sea, singing and playing the piano, healthy cooking, and I am passionate about NIA, a dance that I started practicing.

People tell me that they perceive me as a very open-minded person with a lot of empathy and humour. Sometimes I seem more extraverted than I actually am. I am really more of an introvert, I like being around people, but I also need a lot of time to myself to regain energy (ISFJ/ISFP).
