Hi I m Yusuke from Japan. i am travelling around the world now. I have visited south east Asia, South Asia, Mid east and Europe from Singapore since 1th of April. i will visit Canada, united state, mid and South America soon!!

i was Japanese ramen chef before travelling also I have stayed in Singapore four years that's why i know some Asian food culture too. so we can share our cuisine culture each other it is my favourite thing.

I am not shy but not talkative too. having positive mind and always motivated myself.

I like Scuba diving, fishing, trekking, camping, cooking, cycling, read comic, watching anime and drinking😊

I was Japanese ramen chef and management company. i usually cook pork and chicken base stock, and sometime I use vegan or fish stock too.

i managed seven restaurants and one factory in Singapore, So I usually make efficiently operation I mean figure sime issue out. And training kitchen, service staff and manager myself. during i stayed ex company I have opened 5 new restaurants.

i have two times experience for workaway in Cunda turkey and Sicily Italy, there are both of small island. I have worked in kitchen then cooking for customer and other volunteer, and working outside to make toilet or tent.

i like nature and animals. I would like to want different culture from japan when I stay in overseas.
