I am a pediatrician and internist grew up and trained in America, but with Indian parents. I love both cultures, but felt much more drawn to holistic health, after my medical training. So... I moved to Berkeley California and became a yoga teacher. I also founded a mindfulness /meditation community. And I practice Ayurveda. I was born in Holland, and am interested to connect with Dutch culture and people.

In terms of kids and childcare. I have been doing childcare for many years. You can look me up on the American sitter site called urban sitter, where I have many positive reviews. As a pediatrician, I know developmental stages. As a nanny and babysitter, I know the games and books that allow children to be support to grow well. And generally... we have a great time! I am a good vegetarian cook. Can sing, dance and more.

I am great with friendly pets, such as dogs and cats if they require feeding twice per day and walks.

Gardening. Yes... I have started a garden in a home I lived in and loved it. Happy and excited to learn more about you.
