We are Alla and Roman a couple who have been seven years together sharing adventures and growing side by side. One day we decided to leave the big city and try going on a long journey. We're motivated by new experiences, meeting people from different cultures, learning something new each day and improve our skills. We feel happy when we can help, give support, and be part of a kind community. We also enjoy nature, creative projects, and nice conversations.

Fine Arts and ceramics teacher with a university degree and five years of experience running his own art workshop for children. In recent years dived into culinary world. Worked as a cook, also pizzaioli, knows all about good dough. Thanks to workaway experiencing knowledge of gardening, ecofarming and permaculture projects, which the most important nowadays.

Alla
I have been involved in the restaurant business since my teenage years, helping my parents. Later, I studied linguistics and literature, and then completed a master’s degree in hospitality and restaurant management to deepen my knowledge.
After moving abroad, I continued to grow in the industry and gained several years of experience working as a sous-chef and restaurant manager.

Our dream is to one day create our own little space in nature, but for now, we are eager to learn more, get inspired, and gain valuable, one of a kind experiences.
We love spend time together but also need some time for ourselves. We prefer medium time stay from few weeks to few months.
We are open minded, easy going and calm people. Both of us are phlegmatic sanguine and we don't tolerate aggressive atmosphere and prefer to talk openly and respectful.
Also we are good with simple things and can enjoy of each moment.
Naturally introverted, socially capable :)
