🌿 About Me: Mindful, Resourceful & Multi-Skilled

Hello! I am Sandy, a Swiss-born traveler, educator, and former business owner with a passion for sustainable living and the great outdoors. After 8 years of running my own practice in personal development and shamanic energy work, I am currently exploring the world to connect with nature and like-minded communities.

I am a "proactive independent"—I am very comfortable managing my own tasks and solving problems creatively, but I deeply value clear, honest communication and the joy of shared goals. Whether I am in the kitchen, the garden, or behind a computer, I bring a high level of mindfulness and organization to everything I do.

🛠️ What I Can Bring to Your Project

Culinary Arts: I am a self-taught vegan/gluten-free cook. I’ve cooked for yoga and freediving retreats in Australia and love creating new recipes. I’m happy to take charge of healthy, plant-based meal prep!

Gardening & Landscaping: I grew up helping my father in his Swiss vineyard and have years of experience maintaining my own large backyard and plant collection. I am physically fit and enjoy manual labor.

Teaching & Languages: I am a school teacher by trade. I can help with French (native), English (fluent), or tutoring children. I am also currently practicing my Spanish and German.

Admin & Tech: Having run my own business, I am highly computer literate and organized. I can help with bookings, social media, or general admin.

Animal Care: I am a huge animal lover! I have years of experience dog-sitting and dearly miss my own cat, so I will treat your pets like family.

I lead a very active, healthy lifestyle. You’ll usually find me doing daily calisthenics or heading toward the water—I love hiking, surfing, freediving, and scuba diving. I am a firm believer in:
