Hi! I’m Romain, 32, from France.
I’m a certified yoga teacher, passionate about mindful living, community life, and exploring new ways of growing — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

After years of traveling and working in many different fields, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for simplicity, adaptability, and connection. I’m curious, hands-on, and happy to contribute in various ways: from teaching yoga and meditation, to helping with manual work, gardening, or hosting.

I’ve lived in coliving spaces, van, and community retreats. I love being outside, I’m good with tools (I have experience in carpentry and renovation), and I learn fast. I’ve also worked in hospitality and know how to hold space for others with kindness and presence.

Currently, I’m looking for meaningful exchanges where I can share my skills while learning new ones — especially sailing, permaculture, or community-based projects.
I bring a mix of dedication, humility, and good energy.
