Hi, my name is Rebecca and I’m a 24 year old Canadian.
I’m quitting my job as a personal trainer in hopes to explore more and gain new life experiences. In 2023 I graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor degree in Kinesiology. I’ve always had an interest in health sciences and hope to return back to University to focus on a new career path after taking some time to travel.
I enjoy spending my time hiking, playing sports, weight lifting and doing other outdoorsy activities.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I grew up on an acreage/small farm on Vancouver Island. I’ve had experience raising sheep, goats, chickens and horses. I also participated in 4H which taught me how to sheer sheep, milk goats, trim hooves, ect. My parents had a love for gardening that I grew up helping out with. I’ve also had experience babysitting and helping out with house renovations such as painting.
I’m currently a certified personal trainer with a lot of knowledge about exercise and the human body. I love to share my knowledge in the area and help others to decrease aches and pains as well as improve strength.
