Hello :)

I'm Alice and I'm 28.

I am a solo traveler. I discover traveling alone 8 years when I first decided to do a gap year in my study and do a working holiday visa in Argentina (yeah all my argentinians friends laugh about me about the idea of going to Argentina to work haha). I really loved it and I met solo travelers for the first time and they inspired me to do it. Since this experience I truly enjoy to walk the world by myself. It gives me a feeling of pure freedom and the possibility to meet many people and new friends.

After my studies, I went 10 months in Asia and lived 2 years in Australia. I move back to France and worked in the mountains for a winter season and then a year in a cooperative linked to social economy and solidarity. I was project manager and coordinator. I am grateful for those experiences but I feel it's the right time to move again for new experiences.

I am planning to travel for 8 months this time, starting in Guatemala to go help friends with their project of fixing an old sailing boat and creating a artistic community on it. I am very excited about it.

I am looking for others experiences in Guatemala and then in Mexico that allows me to connect with the locals, the culture, ecological projects.

I started yoga 4 years ago and I am willing to practice more and more. I am interested in esoteric practices, and very keen to learn about it.

I am very interested to lear about the Maya culture and any native culture of Guatemala and Mexico.

I am very concerned about reducing my foot print even if at the moment I am taking a plane to have an experience in Guatemala and Mexico (...). I am vegetarian and very interested in zero waste practices.

I like to learn new things and would be very happy if you can share your knowledge with me.
I love to cook. I can help with customers, reception, social media, gardening and very keen to help with construction even if I am a beginner. I can do paintings. I am a fast learner and love to learns news skills.
My favorite hobbies are hiking, snowboard, surf, swimming, scuba diving, yoga, poi balls (slowly slowly haha), I like to draw and paint sometimes, I do really like Arts, read books, I love music and love to dance and go to some nice music festivals as well.

My dream project is to open my own place in a couple of years. Till this moment I would like to do volunteering/ work in places that inspires me where I could learn with the hosts and the others travelers new skills such as eco construction, zero waste, permaculture, water economy, off grid living, yoga, meditation, gardening, building a project from zero, vegan cooking, and any kinds of new skills that could help me in my personal growth :)

I love to cook and can cook for a big group some vegetarian vegan dishes
I have a done a workaway in a meditation retreat center and was cooking for 17 people vegetarian/ vegan fishes.

My previous job was project manager. I am very well organized and have experiences with customers service.
I have a plenty of experiences in sales, bar, and waitressing.

I've worked a bit in farms doing gardening and fruit/veggies picking. I learn fast and keen to learn new skills.

I'm fluent in 3 languages and can help to learn a new language.

I've studied International business and marketing few years ago, I would be happy to help you in marketing and communication if you need to.

I am a good listener, very empathic, positive and try my best :)
