Quais são suas habilidades?

Frank has been in the building industry 35 years. Growing up, his family were market gardeners on an acreage. Nicki has been in marketing/ sales 20 years. Growing up, her family were shop owners. She spent every school holidays with her grandfather/ cousins on their beef/ crop farm. Both of us understand the value of work and regularly spend time on the farm. We have 3 grown children, so now is the time to see more of the world, experience diverse cultures and food while meeting new people. While fit and healthy, we look forward to the next chapter of our lives.

We have hosted Nicki and Frank for one month with and couldn't have been happier. They helped us renovate the horse and donkeys pen; Frank also proved to be a skilled builder, gardener, and flowerbed cleaner, in addition to the routine chores of feeding the horses, walking the dogs, and feeding the dogs and cats. What an incredible experience Frank and I had, staying with Suzie. Her Workaway experience is extensive, which is shines through and makes it a really pleasurable experience.

We stayed one month, working 8am - 1pm, 5 days per week with 2 days off. Suzie has a 'work book', where she writes down:
- Daily jobs
- Tasks
- Projects.

Where to begin?

Nicki and Frank (Cranky to friends) were the right people at the right time. We were going through a rough patch in life, and they stepped up to the plate, being the most awesome workwayers and very special people who knew how to step in and run life when that was what was required.
