Being in nature brings me so much joy. Learning new skills, especially around movement and healing practices motivates me to expand and keep things fresh. Traveling (duh) and getting to connect w people more fully is such a gift. Eating nourishing fresh food makes me smile:)

I’m good in the kitchen like making nourishing food. I’m also great at keeping things clean, organized and systematized, having run a lodge and a cleaning business several years. I’m a self-employed massage and movement practitioner and would be happy to share these skills at times. I’m a good communicator and asker of great questions (I think that’s a skill;)
