Quais são suas habilidades?
I’m an experienced English teacher, which is my main profession, with a strong background teaching all age groups—from kindergarten to university students, adults, business professionals, and seniors. I’m also a certified yoga teacher; while I don’t teach regularly, yoga is part of my daily life and shapes how I approach balance and well-being. I enjoy hands-on and creative work such as drawing, painting, small repairs, and practical tasks, and I’m happy helping with cooking and everyday household needs. I’m very good with dogs and comfortable caring for animals. In addition, I have several years of experience as a project manager in the gastronomy and hospitality fields, which has strengthened my problem-solving skills, people management, organization, adaptability, and ability to think creatively in dynamic environments.

In my free time, I enjoy creative and hands-on activities such as DIY projects, art, and anything that brings a sense of lightness and fun. I like playing games—board games, card games, and social games—and I enjoy philosophical conversations and exploring different perspectives. I stay active through tennis, running, hiking, and long walks in nature. I also love dancing, cooking, and baking. I value both shared moments and solo time, and I like having space to reflect and recharge when needed.
