Hi! We are Seth and Millie. We are a couple and have been together for almost 6 years now! We are young and in love, and have been living together for 5 years. We are eager to travel the world! We have done a few trips whilst being together including trips to Iceland, Italy, Spain, France, Belgium, Scotland, Wales, up and down the UK and we want to do moreeee! We recently got a van and have been all around Scotland and up and down the UK in it. We love camping and often travel to Wales in our tent. We are always out walking our dogs. Seth, currently works as a tree surgeon/ arborist. (Seth) I have a lot of knowledge regarding trees, and their health and find this topic fascinating. I once read ' The hidden secrets of trees' and this further fuelled my fascination.
I (Millie) currently am finishing my last year at University studying how the Arts impact our Health (mental, spiritual, physical health) and I work in the community as a freelance artist where I draw upon my deep interest in nature to connect with and collaborate with the community with the aim to improve wellbeing. I tend to work with children and families in the community. I have led and facilitated workshops to support young people with various health and mental health needs.

We both have different and similar hobbies. The things we like to do together and individually include hiking, paddle boarding, swimming, music making, walking our dogs , listening to music, gardening, travelling and so much more!
Me and Seth have our own allotment where we grow our own herbs, vegetables fruits and wild flowers.
I (Millie) love picking wild flowers from my garden to make bouquets for friends and families. We plant for the bees and the wildlife that surrounds our garden. It brings us so much joy. Our connection with nature has deepened as we embarked on our gardening journey, though I (Millie) have always been deeply connected to nature especially water. I (Seth) have also always had a deep connection with nature but more specifically with woodlands/ forest.

I (Millie) have drawn on my connection with nature in my artwork, I like to create land art as well as expressive arts. I like to make my own paints using what the land provides but wish to learn about this more. My other personal hobbies and interest include the following; painting, art making, cooking, dancing, ecstatic dance, expressive movement, music making, DIY, decorating, hosting, looking after people, yoga, singing (badly) swimming, meeting new people, being in the sea, wild swimming being with and looking after animals. I am a gently caring person.

I ( Seth) enjoy being out in nature as much as possible. I love this. I have a passion for wildlife. My personal hobbies/ interest include; playing my ukulele and electric guitar, going on walks, singing, listening to music, occasionally fishing, paddle boarding, climbing, hiking, mountain hikes, mountain scrambling, spoon carving and knife/ axe making.

Quais são suas habilidades?

Hi! I'm Seth. My day to day job is as a tree surgeon/ arborist. I have a lot of knowledge regarding trees, and their health and find this topic fascinating. I once read ' The hidden secrets of trees' and this further fuelled my fascination. I have had experience in tree felling, land maintenance, hedge laying, fencing, dry stone walling and countryside management. re as much as possible. . I love this. I have a passion for wildlife, I have some expertise in local ecosystems and find this interesting.

I ( Millie) have expertise in working with and caring for young children, from ages 2-17. I have all the relevant training such as safeguarding training and an enhanced DBS. I have experience in gardening, land management, DIY, decorating and caring for animals. I am a good cook and have had experience cooking for and catering for large groups with various dietary requirements.

Both myself ( Millie) and Seth want to use this experience to meet new people, explore new places but also learn new skills. Our dream is to have our own small holding and be as self sufficient as possible! Learning ways to do this from people that are doing it would be amazing. We would be so grateful for this experience and would bring a fun, chilled vibe and we would work our asses off!

But not just that.. we would love the opportunity to switch off our phone, and just be in nature. Fully in. Nature connection is so important to us so this wouldn't just be a working holiday for us, it would be so much more. A chance to connect with new people, help out and do something! And just be outside all day.
