I create delicious, nutritious dishes from homegrown and locally sourced produce
Having run my own vegetarian cafe for 17 years ( I sold it two years ago ) I have expertise in catering / hospitality, people skills , hard work !
I am practical , hard working , respectful ( happily contribute to keeping a tidy home ) and a creative problem solver …. keen to explore almost any opportunity in the spirit of adventure! -

We weeded the beautiful wild garden together , did some inside painting and took some local trips to see the area . Jo’s kindness extended to looking after me when I became unwell at the end of my stay and wheeling my suitcase to the station for my departure!
