Hello everyone, well I would say that I'm a really relaxed and outgoing person in Relation with others .. but in general I love the nature and therefore being outside of course and having a great time travelling and discovering knew places,as well as making new acquaintances with people.from different countries and sharing lot of things, like good conversatios about, culture and languages for example or just interchange about experiences in life and ideas about practical and theoretical things as well..1.. but I do also like sometimes to.being alone or in groups outside doing sports, especially mountain biking,hiking in the mountains and running (trail running) as well as some adventures sport disciplines as well ..
I think the human being nowadays is just balanced and feeling well being by equilibrate again all the stress and problems we have trough modern style.of life and communication (smartphones social media,noise and hectic lifestyle throughout in general)so it's good from time to.time.to.time, as long as an complet retreat from.the aforementioned factors ist possible,to requilibrate or relieve the psychic from this stress by doing something very different but also demanding like sports and type expeditions which I like to do..
I believe in a humanity which is able to communicate not only with other people from other cultures and languages backgrounds but as well the communication with our own spirit and soul by mediation autogenic training sessions as well as keeping body and soul in a well balanced equilibrium..trough maintaining best shape possible of body and mental by serious training but also don't losing contact to the mental part and the communication with your surroundings/nature /people which,in my opinion, influence all aforementioned factors of health /wellbeing and physically shape as well, well
thats the reason why i like to make new friendships and communicate with other sportsmen and people in general from all over the world during my travels,as well as when outside on one of my hiking/trail excursions and animals of course with which you can get in touch or close to on those and observe and learn from them being more conscious and aware of life as it is.:there theoretically and practically just exists just exists one time and space and that's the present .. Moreover I do also like a lot Discussing with others about their beliefs and perspectives on life/life in general.. Then the other side of my Personality is that there is also a practice side, that I want to doing /improve (repair or fix..)myself without being asked for or someone ordered me to.do.it..For example putting in order Stuff in Household, garden and indoor decoration,little reparations of broken furniture , electric domestic ls and bicycles ect.. but I like also helping in doing the dirtier works as cleaning different things indoor as outdoor.. or carry heavy stuff in removal when someone moves into another house ect . the same I like also or especially if it is something for animals or animals housing and mainly protection of them I'm.really motivated to doing everything for their wellbeing...or improve it...

Farming task like sowing and harvesting , taking care of animals (chickens sheep's and goats or similar... ) Little construction works like carpenter and roofer works , maintenance task in general ,taking car of children's at home or on a farm, gardening, cooking regularly dishes,and good nutrition in general as a good example which I am as a sportsmen...
