At the moment you can message me if you need help. I like being in a warm environment and getting to know and help people. I'm also really good with animals and they with me :). And of course to do and discover new things. Life in itself makes me happy, also nice to have some good conversations. Meditation-breathwork- life coaching-music (sound healing is what I did the last few years. I have all kind of experiences from maintenance/ poolservice /private driver/animal care enz... I don't smoke and drink or do drugs. My life is like a course of miracles...happy life...I can and will help you where hands are needed.. Quais são suas habilidades?
Worked a lot in the tourist business .I did House maintenance-poolservice bit gardening, private chauffeur. The last years I was Breathinginstructor-meditationinstructor-and Instructor of the Wimhof Methode(The-iceman) , and give soundhealings. I love animals and really good with them. Also the connections with kids is great. And sometimes I'm a animal whisperer and they love to be in my environment.
I'am fit as a young dog despite my age of 60 :)

I do almost every morning exercises like yoga breath work and meditation. Il travel with my little car if possible so I can take tibetan singing bowls and some other instruments with me:) and I love good vegetarian food. And a lot to talk about when we meet :)
