I am a being, 60 , female, mother of two grown amazing beings, females. I am bilingual by birth. Born and raised in Venezuela till I was 16. I lived in Bali for 9 years where I married and recently have lived in the north west of the usa ( Oregon) for over 20 years. I enjoy being physical, working on designing and building projects and gardens.I am a Permaculturist. I like people and consider myself a connector.
I love to create sacred movement, sacred spaces, sacred music: creating this inside and sharing it. I love spaciousness and silence . I learn by going into the unknown, making mistakes, having my heart broken open, which has been a big part of my journey .
I've also been a Spanish teacher at a Waldorf school here for 9 years, taken care of elders, have also had a ceramic business where Ive focused mostly on unique heart dish ware,, though also done some human body sculptures.
I love nature and like taking walks in most days. . I also do a body awareness with a combination of modalities: Kentro body balance, Kaiut yoga, kundalini and my own.
I am mostly a vegetarian.
And lastly but not least I do love creating music rhythm and song with others. I sing, and play different instruments as well including the drums, percussion, guitar, ukulele, piano, and have composed many songs. So this is a bit about me.

Im healthy, strong, a creator. I like beauty. I like movement, and being and creating with others and out mother earth. I like interacting with people. I am bi lingual. I like to pay attention. I like humor and concentration and team work. I Have a degree as a permaculturist, and have used it mostly in my own garden. I am ceramist and artist, liking to work with my hands. Builder and remodeler, and a language teacher for little ones; I am also much into movement awareness have training with , kaiut and kentro yoga,
