Hi there, we are Mahlia (31) and Bruno (39). We have started a world tour in August 2025. We are traveling the globe, but we want our travels to have meaning, and we want to be active. We love nature, and we are both interested in living sustainably. We are friendly, open-minded, we want to learn new things, and we are reliable. We hope to find a friendly host where we can discover a new place, meet interesting people, and be engaged.

Also, we are currently learning Spanish, so if anyone would like to help us with that, it would be amazing! Mahlia My mother tongue is french so I'm always happy to help with practicing if someone is up for it.

Mahlia
If this says anything about me, I did the Waldorf School (Steiner Education), which means that I've started doing crafty and artsy things from a very young age on, like working with wood or knitting and sewing. I have experience in Farming, I'm a good communicator and organiser, I speak four languages and I love to cook and bake.

Bruno
My occupation so far supported me to be well organized, efficient, and very adaptable to new situations. I have a good sense for numbers and an open/clear way of communication. I always make efforts to be active outside my daily job in the form of volunteering in different areas, such as various engagements organized by the Swiss Red Cross. I'm a quick learner, happy to be active and engaged in outdoor tasks.

Mahlia
I was born and grew up in Luxembourg, but the rest of my family is originally from the french speaking part of Belgium. I studied in England and France to become an assistant director/artistic director in the theatre world, which I have been practicing in many different countries around Europe. As crazy as this job sometimes gets, it has taught me to always listen and anticipate, to be flexibel and patient. It has shown me how much I love to be part of a community working towards the same goal.

Bruno
I grew up in Switzerland and studied Business Administration. For many years I worked for a bank in Credit Risk Management for loans all over Europe. Besides the time behind screens, I have a big passion for live music and sports events. I like to be active and love to ski, run, swim, hike, and surf if I'm by the sea. Preferably, I combine those activities on a trip abroad while getting to know new interesting people, cultures, and food around the world.
