Hey there!
My name is Julia. I grew up on the countryside near Vienna, Austria. I lived 2,5 years in the city, but I like both, the city and the country life.
I enjoy spending time in the outdoors and would describe me as a open-minded person.
I want to improve my skills with gardening, organic farming and working with animals.
I'm an animal lover and appriciate if there are many animals to take care of and pets to cuddle. I also like children and spending time with them.

In my free time I love hiking, cycling, water sports and explore the surroundings.

I'm interested in cultural and social exchange as well.

Julia was a delight to have stay with us. She was kind and considerate to the animals, always willing to help and get involved and really took initiative. She was a great addition to have around and even if it was only a short time, she will be very missed!

I spent almost two weeks here. I had a really good time there. Yvette always made sure I have time to rest in between and offered me, to take me with her to spend some time in the city center. The dogs are very lovely and even if it can get challenging you get rewarded with lots of kisses and cuddly dogs.

Julia is a natural intuitive worker. Always sees what needs to be done and follows thru and does it. Then she does it with great cheerfulness and enthusiasm. She will be an asset to any work place. She is thorough, neat and tidy. She works very well with others with a calm caring personality. I wish she would stay forever!

I had an amazing time at the farm. I learned so much! Like milking a cow, harvesting potatoes and apples and onions and got an insight of the self sufficiant lifestyle. Thank you Henry and Margareth for this time on your farm - I'll never forget those days🥰

Julia was such a pleasure to host! She was so kind, respectful, and always wanted to help out wherever she could. Her friendly personality was great to have around the farm. She treated our pets like her own and was neat and tidy. I'm grateful she got to join me for my birthday as well! I'd definitely recommend Julia to other hosts :)

I don’t think I could’ve picked any better host for my first Workaway experience, and I'm so grateful Sarah and Steve welcomed me into their home. I stayed two weeks with them and really enjoyed the time on the farm.
