We are a brother & sister on our mission to find a spot were we could settle down, eventually, buy a small piece of land, build our own house and change the world around us to make it a happier place for everyone :)

Especially we are interested in alternative projects: co-living, co-working, co-everything! Both of us are strongly convinced that only together we can rise.. so concepts where a long term development of the place and the idea itself is in place- we are very eager to contribute our knowledge, understanding and physical labour.

Quais são suas habilidades?

We were born in a small village in Latvia, in the mid 80's.. so both of us are very handy and practical.

Zigurds is an educated Naval officer, but his path over the past years have lead him down the path of construction industry. In the beginning as a carpenter working on large construction sites in Germany, Norway, Sweden and United Kingdom. Later as personal recruiter in the same industry where he was recruiting specialists to work in the Nordic countries and Switzerland.
Although his passion is working with wood, restoration of old houses, furniture and everything that hast to do with giving new life to something old, he has got an overall knowledge of the construction industry and is able to do almost everything around the household - build, cook, paint, work with concrete, wood, clay and other natural materials. He possesses a very strong sense of logic and is ver, very practical.

Karina has finished the University of medical studies in Latvia. She has worked in the field for a couple of years but her real passion is garden, nature, herbs and everything where creativity and authenticity is required. She's good at painting, drawing, making stuff with her hands. And she loves dogs.

As teenagers both of use were engaged in art-school for 6 years and both of us are very creative and passionate about making some sort of art from whatever materials are available
Also we are very passionate about whatever we'r doing and always trying to give 101%

We would not consider ourselves as spiritual, since its just another label for something, but both of us are aware and awake about everything whats going on in the world and within ourselves.

We try to live as mindful as possible- be conscious about other people, the environment and food we take in. Also spiritual/mindfulness practices is not a "foreign word" to us and we value honesty, openness, humility, empathy, aggression free communication, loyalty and fairness which you can expect also from us in every possible sence :)
