Hello!

I'm a 27-year-old adventurer originally from Egypt, now calling the charming city of Strasbourg, France, my home. Since 2018, I've been embracing the world through various Workaway experiences, spanning Finland, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Nepal. My journey has been rich with diverse tasks, from teaching and permaculture to house maintenance, gardening, and even a bit of carpentry.

Beyond Workaway, I've explored over 20 countries across Europe and Asia, soaking up cultures and experiences that have shaped who I am today. Recently, I achieved a significant milestone by completing a double MSc degree in Development Economics from the Goerg-August University of Göttingen in Germany and the University of Blaise Pascal Clermont in France.

For the past six years, I've thrived as a digital nomad, working as a Business Consultant and Market Researcher for one of the top five business consulting companies in the United States. This role has honed my skills in sales, marketing, finance, and customer support, providing me with a robust professional background.

Now, after my academic and professional journey, I'm eager to take a break and return to Workaway adventures. I'm looking for opportunities that can last at least 1-2 months (also open to longer duration), preferably in resorts, hotels, shops, cafes, or even in private homes, where I can lend a hand with various tasks. I'm a flexible, fun-loving, and highly motivated individual, ready to contribute and create meaningful experiences wherever I go.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I have accumulated diverse and substantial experience through various Workaway engagements and professional roles. This includes, but not limited to:

(1) Previous workaway Experience:

1. Nepal: I have taught English and mathematics to primary school students in a local school village. My contributions extended to house maintenance, painting, and construction of a small library and school kitchen where we served meals to children.

2. Thailand: I participated in a permaculture and zero waste project, where I gained hands-on experience in sustainable agricultural practices and environmental stewardship.

3. Malaysia: My involvement focused on sustainability research, where I contributed to projects aimed at promoting eco-friendly initiatives and practices.

4. Vietnam: I provided English classes to college students, facilitating language acquisition and enhancing their communication skills. From one time to another, I also assisted in cooking meals to guests and providing general house Maintenace.

5. Egypt: I have taught English to middle school refugees.

(2) Professional Experience:
In addition to my volunteering activities, I have developed professional competencies in several areas:

1. Financial Modelling and Cost-Benefit Analysis: I possess extensive experience in creating financial models and conducting cost-benefit analyses, which are essential for evaluating the financial viability of projects and investments.

2. Entrepreneurship and Sales: I have a proven track record in entrepreneurship, including driving sales for both established businesses and startups. My expertise includes developing strategies that enhance market presence and profitability. In fact, I helped raising well over USD 500 million to my clients over the last five years.

3. Market Research and Feasibility Study Analysis: I am adept at conducting comprehensive market research and feasibility studies, providing valuable insights that inform strategic decision-making and business development.

4. Customer Support and Sales: With a robust background in customer support and sales, I excel in fostering customer relationships and delivering exceptional service, which contributes to sustained business growth and customer satisfaction.

Through these varied experiences, I have developed a multifaceted skill set that enables me to adapt and excel in diverse environments and roles.
