Hey! 👋
My name is Karen, I'm 31 years old and I'm French.
When I was a student, I had the chance to live in Dublin for 5 months. Since then, I can't stop travelling! I lived in Iceland for a year and in New Zealand for 3 months, and I did a couple of solo trips in Europe.
I'm working as an international officer in higher education and I'm also trained as a French language teacher. Besides my job, I'm studying to become an English teacher as well. I would be more than happy to help with languages (French or English) while travelling the world through Workaway.
I'm curious, willing to help and discover new things, so I'm open to any kind of tasks. I can help with animals, with indoor tasks such as cleaning or organizing stuff, and outdoor tasks like gardening or picking fruits. I'm not the best cook (my partner is the one cooking at home!) but I would be happy to help with cooking or to prepare a French dish during my stay.
I'm easy going, calm and reliable. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, chilling by a lake or the sea, reading, going on city trips and trying new food.
