I started travelling in 2024 and have spent my time since then in Australia and South east asia. The bulk of my time has been spent in Melbourne working in an indoor bouldering gym and also at a restaurant so i am now ready to explore different parts of Australia.

I am motivated by meeting new people and exploring new places so workaway feels like the perfect platform for me to do so. I only have a loose plan for my travels in Australia so im hoping that that workaway will put me in new situations that will help create exciting new plans and friends.

I grew up in the country side so i am much happier in rural areas or being as close to nature as possible so working in farms or the like is perfect - I intend to do a lot of these workaways with a friend who also has an account but may be applying for some solo as well.

I know a very small amount of Thai and Vietnamese but would love to learn more. I've been researching into teaching English in south east Asia and hopefully will try to do so in the coming years.

Quais são suas habilidades?

For 2 1/2 years I was a manager of an indoor bouldering gym where my roles spanned from teaching kids and adult classes to general up keep of the gym - this involved keeping the gym very clean and also lots of heavy lifting to help the route setters move many holds around the centre. This job got me into a good physical state so I feel very capable to transfer this into work which is physically demanding.

I've also spent many years working in very fast paced bars and restaurants so I'm good at keeping my cool under pressure and keeping on top of multiple tasks at once. This role also has given me a lot of time to work with and speak to people of all different backgrounds so I feel very comfortable working and speaking with new people.

I spent a month and a bit working as a rep in a hostel in the north of Thailand - this was the most magical experience where I helped check people in, clean rooms, provide help with anything people needed and most importantly ensuring everyone felt welcome and had a lot of fun.

When I was younger I did a small amount of gardening work with a farm shop and also helped at a carpenters which taught me about being safe whilst working with dangerous equipment.

I am an avid boulderer and also enjoy most sports and physical activities.

I've been writing electronic music for 6 years or so now and have had a couple of releases in recent years.

I consider myself a good pool player and am always down to play a few games.
