Hi!

My name is Karoliina. I'm 24 years old and from a small town in Estonia. I'm currently looking forward to discover beautiful places and meet new people while volunteering. I think that travelling is one of the best ways to widen your horizons. I'd love to learn about different cultures and their traditions. I’m also interested in improving my language skills.

I finished my Master's degree last year and now decided to quit my job in a related field to discover the world and have new experiences. That has been one of my dreams for years and I'm happy that I'm finally taking action to pursue it. It's a big step for me and definitely out of my comfort zone, but I believe that I have so much to learn from the upcoming experiences and the connections that I make, and therefore will make memories for my whole life.

As a person I'm friendly, kind, honest, open-minded, hard-working, family-oriented. Some of the things that bring me happiness include being in the nature, baking and cooking, interacting with animals and children, having sincere connections and conversations, reading, hiking, handicrafting and of course travelling.

I've learnt a bit of Finnish and French (both for a year), but as I haven't had the chance to practise them, I'd need to start from the basics. I'm also interested in learning new languages.

I’m good with children, like to bake and cook, have experiences in petsitting, gardening and doing general housework. I’d also be happy to learn new skills.
