Hey, we´re Justus and Alina.
We are a couple from Germany who is traveling together! We are so excited to meet you and to learn about your way of life and your culture!
About Justus:
I´m 30 years old, studied civil engeneering and worked in the past and also during our travels at several construction projects with the focus to restore and rebuild.
In my free time I love to climb and spend time in the nature - especially during cloudy and rainy days. Other than that I like to play instruments (piano / guitar) or get lost in a good book, which can take up the whole night.
About Alina:
I am 28 years old and worked in a hospital as a nurse for children at the cardiology unit until our travels.
I love to play the cello or the piano, go climbing with Justus or do yoga. During the last couple of years I found my love for baking; originally small cakes grew into bigger and fancier wedding cakes and a passion for baking bread with sourdough arose during our travels.
After school I spent a year in America as an AuPair, where I took care of three young children. There I found out that I love to look after kids and experience new cultures.
We are looking forward to travel and see more of the world together! Most importantly to share memorable moments with all the people we meet on the way!

About Justus:
Because of my studys as a civil engineer I love to work with different materials to restore old buildings. I´ve worked at several projects in the last few years and I enjoy working with my own hands.
In my part time job as a barkeeper and teamleader I learned to handle stressful situations and managing my team in busy nights.
About Alina:
The most important skill I need to have as a nurse for children is patience and empathy. I learned how to create joyfull moments even when the circumstances aren't the best. Furthermore I experienced that communication is the greatest tool to solve problems and work as a team.
We both know how it is to work in different shifts, so we are able to work at all times of the day or night.
During our travels we work on several construction sights, including restauration projects and eco-friendly construction. In addition to that we helped with many other tasks, including grass-cutting, producing bale of straw, garden work like weeding and planting and building fences for cows.
