Hello!!

I'm Juan (Juancho), I grew up in Chile, then I decided to move to Costa Rica, a country where I found happiness 😁. The last few years I have been traveling the world 🛵🚐⛵, Central and North America, some places in South America, Europe and Asia.

I was in Hawaii working on an avocado farm at the time of the Pandemic, Central America where I did work with children at social risk, migrants and special abilities... In Mexico work at hostel,gardening,maintenance.

United States and Canada (including Alaska), some similar jobs, home rebuilding, painting, farm work.

At this moment I am returning to Workaway, crossing the Atlantic Ocean by boat, it is time to discover Europe.

My travels have allowed me to live a simple, outdoorsy lifestyle, travel to beautiful places, and discover diverse cultures all at the same time. I'm still enjoying it and I hope this continues over time.

Quais são suas habilidades?

- Experience with children:

I love working and spending time with children. I used to work as a Physical Education Teacher in primary and secondary school, also as a tennis, soccer and swimming instructor. (As I mentioned earlier, having a knee injury today I can only practice low-impact sports, willing to teach my knowledge).

I was able to assist migrant children in their journeys through Central America and Mexico to the United States ( therapy with horses ).

-Farms

Sow, plant, harvest and process different varieties of vegetables (cucumbers, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes among others). Harvest bananas, cocoa, avocados.


-Others

Ease of video editing, photo editing.

Ability to drive different types of vehicles, cars, motorcycles, even heavy-duty machines (I performed some functions where I had to maneuver trucks and climbing machines for a couple of months).

My priority when I travel is to be surrounded by good people, I feel good outdoors, I enjoy not falling into monotony (beach, then mountains, big city too... In company, then enjoying a moment with more privacy).
