Hi!

I am currently backpacking round Central and South America and can’t wait to continue the adventure.
My passion for cultural immersion and meaningful travel has led me to join the Workaway community.

I am a versatile and quick learner, capable of adapting to various environments. I have lots of experience in hospitality and customer service, and these experiences have allowed me to build strong communication and interpersonal skills to enable me to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, I have first hand experience working in a hostel. During my time in Guatemala, I spent three weeks working the front desk, helping guests, answering queries and aiding in tidying the hostel.

I am fascinated by local traditions, art and history, making me eager to participate in community driven projects that promote sustainability and foster a positive impact.

I am llooking for opportunities that allow us to engage with communities in meaningful ways and to have fun and learn.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I am a first class degree holders in law with politics, along with having work experience in local government, hospitality and retail.

As a result of this I have developed a diverse and transferable skill set that includes strong communication both written and verbal, customer service, problem-solving, and organisational abilities. These roles have allowed me to work effectively with the public, manage competing priorities, and contribute positively to team and organisational goals.

Not only this but I have strong team collaboration skills through working in teams throughout all ours sectors of work and university, such as group projects. I can demonstrate reliability and adaptability as well as working in a goal-oriented setting.

With working part time alongside university, working jobs alongside a full time job as well having several projects to work on in our jobs and education, I are able demonstrate time management and multitasking. This has meant I have been able to manage a workload effectively and often need to balance demands.
