What motivates me most is feeling that what I do has meaning and contributes to something positive. I find a lot of happiness in simple, grounded things – being outdoors, working with my hands, cooking meals, and having genuine conversations. I am naturally curious and enjoy learning from others, especially when it comes to sustainable living and different ways of life.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I’m the oldest of several siblings, which has taught me to be responsible, reliable, and organized. I’m also very language-oriented and speak German, English, and French fluently. I love cooking and baking healthy meals, and I enjoy spending time creating and experimenting in the kitchen.

I haven’t done Workaway before, but I bring a variety of experiences and a lot of motivation. When I was in high school, I tutored younger students in English and French. After finishing high school, I spent three months in Ghana teaching and tutoring children. Alongside my studies I’ve worked in office jobs at a German bank and Mercedes-Benz, but also as a waitress. I’m curious, eager to learn, and excited to get hands-on experience, meet new people, and engage in new adventures.

Hi, I’m Jeanne, a 23-year-old German-French young woman who absolutely loves Greece! I am about to finish my Bachelor's degree in International Business and feel a strong need to do something meaningful beyond offices and screens. As the oldest of four children, I grew up taking on responsibility early on, which has shaped me into a very reliable and dependable person. I truly enjoy being around others and value meaningful connections, but I also appreciate spending time on my own. I have a tendency toward perfectionism, though I am learning to approach things with more balance and ease. I am naturally curious and love learning new things. In my free time, I enjoy reading non-fiction, cooking and baking, travelling, and staying active through sports. As already mentioned, I absolutely love Greece – its people, food, and language – and have been visiting regularly for holidays over the years. Now, for the first time, I would love to spend a longer period there and experience the country in a more meaningful way.
