Hello! It is a pleasure to connect with you here. What an incredible world this is and an incredible platform we have for experiencing and sharing this world together?!
The more I have experienced of this world and the more I have aged, the better my experience has gotten. I love my life and pursuing all of the dreams I have but I want my life to be more than just about myself - I want to use my time, my skills and my energy to add and uplift our experience, so workaway is a perfect platform for that.
I am a very self aware, driven individual determined to give and receive everything I can from this life. Passionate about exploring my internal and external world - I love trekking exploring remote mountainous regions and deepening my knowledge of myself. I have extensive work with vulnerable people of all ages over the last 12 years - in paid and voluntary capacity: I worked as a care worker and support worker full time for over four years with children in care, people with learning disabilities and the elderly suffering from Dementia. I am also an ex semi professional athlete, wedding photographer and passionate mountaineer.
My work now is as an IRATA level 2 rope access technician doing all manner of construction work at height but mostly working offshore on wind turbines. I also qualified as a wilderness first responder/remote medical responder.
I am very physically able and pride myself on my emotional intelligence and ease to be around in part due to being able to read people well. I grew up on a small farm engaging in many forms of manual labour.
Experiencing as much of this world as I can and creating stories and connections is my #1 priority. I look forward to meeting you!

Cooking - I have cooked for 80+ people each evening for a festival site building team
Physical labour - very capable of any outdoor jobs and manual work. Chainsaw, basic construction, heavy lifting.

I have been fortunate to have had a very eventful life giving me great depth, maturity and ability to connect and relate with others. I have spent over four years working with vulnerable people - children in care, people with learning disabilities and the elderly with dementia. I have done many volunteer positions like being a scout leader in Quebec. I have lived in several countries, traveled extensively and grown up on a small farm so I am used to physical/manual work. I have met people all over the world while traveling and hitchhiking who have invited me to stay with them the first time they met me and still remain friends to this day. Often referred to as an old soul and wise beyond my years, I have a very high emotional intelligence meaning I am able to really see and feel how other people feel and I am very emotionally balanced and conscious of myself. My greatest attribute is being able to build rapport with anyone.
