Gareth: I'm always trying to improve myself as a human being. I'm trying to find my own way in the world and I'm constantly feeling called to a much simpler life and a slower pace of living. Having that said, I'm a very reliable, honest and hardworking person. I am trying to change the world by changing myself. I'm very interested in meditation and have a strong daily practice. I've also sat two 10 day silent Vipassana retreats and intend to sit another very soon. I'm interested in learning more about philosophy and how I can apply it to life. Currently, I'm feeling like I'm at a crossroads in my life and would love to spend time around people who also feel like the way in which society is operating is not in the best interests of the planet and who are walking down paths which are not as well worn so that I may gain the courage to do the same.

Emma: I am a creative, passionate and enthusiastic person with a natural curiosity for life. Like Gareth, I am interested in personal growth and have a longing to know more about humankind and nature. In September I will be starting a MSc in Art Psychotherapy and am an aspiring Art Therapist. I have worked in Social Care for many years but started my career teaching English in Vietnam. I am a spiritual person and have completed my Reiki Level 1 training. I am a hard worker and happy to do physical work.

Quais são suas habilidades?

Emma: I am a creative, proactive and enthusiastic person. I have worked in Social Care for many years supporting people with additional needs. I worked as an English Language Teacher in Vietnam for 3 years and have a background in teaching and drama. I am about to begin a Post grad in Art Psychotherapy from September 2025.
I love animals and am a keen gardener. I love physical work and am in good physical health.
I am happy to compele tasks independently and genuinely interested in helping. I'd love to be out in nature all day and enjoy working as a team and independently.

Gareth: I have worked in social care as a support worker for the past 18 months. I am a qualified gym instructor, lifeguard and swimming teacher. I have 2 years experience of teaching young children and adults to swim.
I have been in customer service roles for over 4 years. In my free time I have taught myself some guitar and a little music production using a digital audio workstation. I have learned some video production also and would be comfortable making content for social media should it be required. I enjoy outdoor work like gardening, weeding, lawn mowing/trimming, chopping firewood etc. I prefer to be physically tired after a days work than mentally tired. I am a quick learner and I am comfortable working on my own after I am sure I know how to complete the task at hand. I would also be happy to care for animals as I enjoy spending time in their company.
